Throughput caps are enforced by SpectraCloud at the network layer (hypervisor/vSwitch). You can upgrade caps instantly from the dashboard.

MikroTik RouterOS CHR (Unlimited). We mention it once for transparency; our focus is on features and Mbps-based plans.

vCPU/clock speed, NIC model (SR-IOV), packet size, encryption settings, and firewall rules. Start with Standard (500 Mbps) for most SMEs and scale up.
