Responsibility for compliance, accuracy, and legality of such data rests entirely with you, the Customer.
In case of data loss, leakage, or exposure caused by customer-side software, misconfiguration, or security breach, the full responsibility lies with the Customer.
SpectraCloud is indemnified against any third-party claims or regulatory liabilities arising from such events.
